morning again - hand of hope
thanks to smartpunk records i finally can give up on hunting an og pressing which are fetching crazy prices these days. this re-issue looks and sounds amazing. love those handy compilations. vegan straight edge classic originally released by goodlife in 1997. 300 copies on clear/blue splatter vinyl. 2022.

the last piece of the massacre darkane vinyl re-issue series that i bought. got the cd back in 2005 and was a bit underwhelmed. listening to it now, it really aged better than i anticipated. a real banger from start to finish. clear vinyl released by massacre records. 2022.

probably my favourite darkane album. this third full length was unleashed in 2003 and the progressivity in their overall sound peaked here. white vinyl released by massacre records. 2022.

orthodox - learning to dissolve
so century media tries to dip their toe into the very succesful world of modern, contemprorary hardcore with u.s. lads orthodox. "learning to dissolve" is a strong album but i don't know if it beats pure noise records heroes like sanction or chamber for me. still a good piece nonetheless. 500 copies on dark green vinyl (what a mismatch). century media. 2022.
